La Quinta Cliffhouse is set in the cliffs of Coachella Valley, which makes their cliffside patio especially divine. The menu features a nice selection of steaks along with seafood and pasta.

Morgan’s in the Desert has a piano bar and a fire-lit courtyard in addition to their dining room. The ambiance at Morgan’s feels like Tuscany mixed with old California. The menu features seared scallops, sea bass, filet mignon, braised short ribs, and an extensive wine list. 

The Lavender Bistro has an award-winning patio surrounded by fresh flowers and live music. The menu features items like lobster, oysters, steak, and pistachio-crusted rack of lamb. The La Brasserie Bistro and Bar serves classic Parisian bistro fare, like grilled octopus and maple leaf duck. 

La Quinta has a wonderful Main Street called Old Town La Quinta, with classic California architecture. The district has indoor and outdoor shopping, from boutiques to art shows. The dining village has a wide range of restaurants to enjoy. Old Town hosts the Certified Farmers’ Market on Sundays and Art on Main Street on Saturdays in select months.

The La Quinta Civic Center Campus is a 17.5-acre park in the center of town. It features relaxing walking paths around water features.  

La Quinta Museum has a display and gallery of the Cahuilla Indian village that originally resided in the area. It is a cultural museum that covers two floors with new, revolving exhibits every few months. 

Coachella Valley is known for its golf courses, and La Quinta is no exception. Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, and other professional golfers enjoy The Coral Mountain Golf Club. The PGA West is one of the top 100 courses in America. It is a private club with nine golf courses. They also have a Citrus Club in the middle of citrus groves with views of lakes, mountains, and fairways. The La Quinta Resort and Club has possibly the best spa in the area.
