As first-time buyers in Palm Springs, we started our search on Zillow, found a house we liked and contacted the seller’s agent which was Gregg.  He showed us the property, was knowledgeable on the house, its history, what he thought the value was, and understanding what we were looking for. Gregg was motivated and showed us alternative properties while giving us time to figure out that we really wanted the original home shown. We were looking for a house that met our desires - large lot, close to downtown Palm Springs, good setup for living with in-laws, and wrapping all of that into good value.
